Clinically-led · Trauma-informed
We're always interested in hearing from people who share our values and want to contribute to work that makes a meaningful difference.
If you are an experienced clinician or practitioner motivated by working alongside people navigating genuinely demanding environments, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Clinically credible.
Professionally grounded.
Motivated by making a difference.
Eleos was built around a simple idea: the quality of support people receive is shaped by the quality of the relationships behind it. That principle applies not only to the organisations we support, but also to the people who work with us.
We believe good work happens when people feel valued, supported and trusted to bring their expertise to what they do. Our culture is collaborative, reflective and grounded in professional curiosity — we value different perspectives, thoughtful challenge and a shared commitment to doing the work well.
Experience matters.
Qualifications matter.
But the way people work matters too.
We work with people who are:
Eleos brings together clinicians, associates and specialist professionals from a range of backgrounds.
Our team includes psychologists, nurses, therapists and other practitioners with experience spanning healthcare, policing, education, safeguarding, public inquiries and complex organisational settings.
This breadth of expertise allows us to build the right support around the needs of each organisation while maintaining the clinical quality and relational approach that sit at the heart of our work.
Many of the people who work with Eleos do so as part of our wider associate network. We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced clinicians and practitioners who have expertise relevant to the sectors we support.
Experience supporting frontline professionals, major investigations, operational teams or emergency service environments.
Experience working alongside schools, trusts, education leaders or safeguarding professionals in complex educational settings.
Clinical experience across NHS or independent mental health settings, particularly crisis, trauma or complex needs work.
Experience supporting workforce wellbeing, psychologically informed culture development or organisational consultation.
Specialist experience in trauma-informed approaches, including therapeutic support, consultation and reflective practice.
Experience providing psychological or therapeutic support within public inquiry, investigation or legally complex environments.
